Using Astrolivo

These terms apply to your use of the Astrolivo website, its calculators, its AI readings and chat, and the optional Astrolivo Premium subscription (together, the Service). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The Service is operated by Zorka Apps Limited, No. 5, 17/F, Strand 50, 50 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong (“we”, “us”), and these terms are an agreement with that company. Mandatory consumer rights where you live are not affected.

The Service is for adults aged 18 and older. Persons under 18 may not use the Service, create an account or buy a subscription. An adult may enter the birth details of a family member, including a child, as another person in a private chart.

What the Service is

Astrolivo calculates astronomical positions for the date, time and place you enter and presents them as natal chart information in the Western tropical zodiac, together with reference texts and, if you ask for them, AI-written readings and answers about the chart. Astrology is a tradition of interpretation, not a science. Texts and readings describe common interpretations and tendencies, not facts about you and not predictions. The Service is offered for entertainment and self-reflection.

Nothing in the Service, including an AI reading or a chat answer, is medical, mental-health, psychological, financial, investment or legal advice, and it should not be the basis for decisions about your health, money, relationships or legal matters. Please consult a qualified professional for those. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

Your inputs and the results

A result is only as good as the details you enter. Birth time and place matter, historical time zone records have limits for some dates and places, and other services may use different methods and settings, so their charts can differ from ours. Without a birth time we show what can be known for the date and we do not show the rising sign, houses or exact degrees. We work to keep calculations accurate but we do not guarantee that a result is free of errors.

AI readings and chat

Astrolivo uses a third-party artificial intelligence model to write readings of a chart and to answer questions about it. The model does not calculate anything: it receives the positions our own calculation produced and writes an interpretation of them. We check each answer against the chart before showing it and do not show an answer that names a placement the chart does not have. Even so, AI-written text can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or unavailable, and a reading is an interpretation, not a statement of fact.

The AI does not give advice in the areas listed above, does not predict events or dates, does not score compatibility in percentages and does not rectify a birth time. When a question asks for any of these, or is not about astrology of the chart in front of you, you get a short explanation instead of an answer.

You are responsible for what you write in the chat. Do not include sensitive details, such as health information, contact details or other people’s identifying information, that you would not want stored with the chart. Before a question is sent to the AI provider, we remove what looks like dates, times, places, coordinates, email addresses and phone numbers, but this filter is not perfect. How questions and answers are stored and deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.

When your birth details are corrected, earlier readings and answers stay visible but are marked as outdated, because they were written for the previous chart.

Guests, accounts and saved charts

You can use the calculators as a guest. A guest result is kept for 7 days and then deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Where sign-in is available, you can sign in with a one-time email link or with Google in order to save charts, use the chat and subscribe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email account secure. You can delete saved charts and your account at any time in the Service; what this means for your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Free use and usage limits

The calculators are free. AI features are free within limits: a guest can get a first reading of a chart’s Sun, Moon and rising sign without an account, and a signed-in user can ask a small number of chat questions about each chart for free. Premium raises these limits. The current limits of each plan are described on our Pricing page.

Every plan has usage limits, Premium included (Premium counts chat questions per billing month, with no daily limit; the free trial counts as a period of its own), and the Service as a whole has a daily limit on AI use. These limits protect the Service against abuse and keep its costs predictable. When a limit is reached, new AI requests are refused until the limit resets; when the service-wide limit is reached, AI features may pause for everyone until the next day (UTC). Limits are counted per account, per browser session and, for guests, also per network address, and you may not work around them, for example by creating several accounts.

Premium subscription

Astrolivo Premium is an optional subscription priced at $9.99 USD per month. It unlocks AI readings of every element of your charts and a larger chat allowance, within the limits described above. What Premium includes is shown on our Pricing page before you pay.

Free trial. A first Premium subscription on an account starts with a free trial of 3 days. There is one trial per account: an account that has had a Premium subscription before, including one that ended during or right after its trial, does not get another. Starting the trial requires a payment method, but nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it turns into the paid monthly subscription when it ends: your payment method is then charged $9.99 USD per month for the first monthly period, and the subscription renews monthly from that date. The end of the trial and the date of the first charge are shown at checkout and on your account page, and when the trial starts you receive an email from our payment processor with these details and a link to cancel. If you cancel during the trial, Premium stays active until the trial ends and nothing is charged. If the first charge after the trial fails, Premium ends at once and the subscription is cancelled; you can subscribe again, without a new trial.

Billing and automatic renewal. The subscription is billed monthly in advance. By starting it, you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method the amount shown at checkout when the free trial ends (or when you subscribe, if your subscription has no trial) and again at the start of each following monthly period. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your bank may add its own fees, for example for currency conversion.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens Stripe’s customer portal, where cancelling takes one step. Cancellation stops future renewals: you are not charged again, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for or, during the free trial, until the trial ends, without any charge. Deleting your account also cancels the subscription, immediately and without a partial refund for the rest of the period.

Refunds. If you are not happy with Premium, you can ask for a refund within 7 days after your first payment for Premium (after a free trial, the charge made when it ends), and we will refund that payment in full. A refunded subscription is cancelled and Premium ends when the refund is made. Renewal payments and partly used periods are not refundable, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise or where you were charged in error. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. For refund and billing requests, email us at [email protected].

Failed payments and disputes. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a limited time and Premium stays active for up to 7 days; if the payment still cannot be collected, Premium ends. This does not apply to the first charge after the free trial, as described above. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, Premium is suspended at once, the subscription is cancelled, and a new subscription cannot be started until the dispute is resolved. If a second subscription is started on the same account by mistake, we cancel it and refund its payment automatically.

Price changes. We may change the price of Premium. We will tell you in advance, at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

We sell the subscription directly and use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing, and Stripe, not us, collects and stores your card details.

Other people’s details

If you enter or save the birth details of another person, you confirm that you are entitled to do so. Do not enter details to harass, identify or track a person.

AI readings and answers about another person’s chart are written in the same neutral tone as about your own. They describe that chart’s placements and do not judge the person’s character, behavior or relationships beyond what the chart facts say. Do not use them to make claims about a real person or to decide how to treat someone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others;
• try to access results, chats, accounts or data that are not yours, or test the security of the Service without our permission;
• overload the Service, bypass its limits or paywall, or collect its content or AI answers automatically in bulk;
• try to make the AI ignore its rules, reveal its instructions, or produce content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent or harmful;
• use the chat to harass or profile a person, or submit other people’s contact or identifying details;
• resell the Service or its AI answers, or offer them as a service of your own;
• use the Service to present astrology as medical, psychological, financial or legal advice to others.

Our content

The website, its texts, design and software belong to the operator or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the Service under these terms. You may keep and share the readings and answers you receive for personal, non-commercial purposes. This does not give you rights to the Astrolivo name or branding. The birth details and questions you enter remain yours, and we use them only to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The Service relies on providers such as hosting, network protection, an AI model provider, payment processing by Stripe, email delivery and, if you choose it, Google sign-in. They may fail or have their own terms, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.

Astrolivo is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the company that makes the AI model we use, and a model name mentioned in the Service refers only to that integration.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service, including its readings and answers, is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for decisions you make based on a result, a reading or an answer. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension, changes and contact

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access, including to Premium, if these terms are broken or the law requires it. We may update these terms as the Service changes and will publish the new version here with its date (October 28, 2026 for this version); continued use after that means you accept it, to the extent the law allows. Changes to the price of Premium follow the section on the Premium subscription.
